Ingredients
- 100 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Strawberry
- 100 g of raw tomatoes
- 50 g of red pepper
- 1 slice of white bread
- 1 tsp. of garlic
- 20 g of celery stalks
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of white balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 100 ml of tomato juice
- 60 g of strawberries
- Basil leaves
- Dark balsamic glaze (or reduction)
Preparation
- 1. Cut the tomatoes, peppers, celery stalks, and sandwich bread into cubes.
- 2. Marinate with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Then add all the other ingredients and mix with an immersion blender or in a regular blender, purée well, and season to taste.
Tips
Prepare in advance, chill, and serve. With a little olive oil or dark balsamic vinegar, you can improve the texture. The gazpacho can be further refined.
Presentation
Pour the gazpacho into glasses, bowls, or deep plates and decorate as desired.
