Ingredients
- 150 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Vanilla
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 tbsp. of onions
- 50 g of red pepper
- 50 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of peeled potatoes
- 50 g of frozen spinach
- 2 eggs
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of sweet paprika
- Fresh parsley
Preparation
- 1. Finely dice the onions, peppers, and potatoes into small cubes and finely chop the parsley.
- 2. Whisk the eggs thoroughly in a bowl. Add Resource® ULTRA® Vanilla and the chopped parsley, season with salt and paprika.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onions until tender, add the peppers, potatoes, and tomatoes, and continue cooking. Then roughly chop the thawed spinach leaves and add them.
- 4. Add the egg mixture to the pan and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
- 5. Sauté the tortilla until the egg begins to set, then flip it and cook both sides until golden brown. (You can also cook the tortilla in an ovenproof dish or an ovenproof pan).
Tips
Can be very well prepared with various other ingredients.
Presentation
Cut the tortilla into the desired shape and arrange it, garnish with small spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.
