Ingredients
- 150 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Coffee
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 80 g of onions
- 1 tsp. of garlic
- 160 g of ground beef (or minced beef)
- 3 tbsp. of tomato purée
- 3 tbsp. of red wine
- 80 ml of broth (or stock)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- Parsleyl
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Basil
- 120 g of raw spaghetti (or 240 g if cooked), parmesan, cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- 1. Finely dice the onions and press the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in the pan and sauté the onions and garlic.
- 4. Add the ground beef and brown over high heat.
- 5. Add the tomato paste. Mix well and cook a little longer.
- 6. Deglaze with red wine and add the broth.
- 7. Let the ground beef simmer gently for about 20 minutes, then add Resource® ULTRA® Coffee.
- 8. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the finely chopped herbs.
Tips
The bolognese can be served with all other popular pasta shapes.
Presentation
Twirl the spaghetti and serve. Pour the bolognese over it, garnish with basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, and freshly grated parmesan.
