Ingredients

  • 200 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Strawberry
  • 130 g of frozen red berries
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. of lime juice
  • 1 tsp. of ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp. of water
  • 2 tbsp. of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. of maple syrup

Preparation

  • 1.  Mix the red berries, mint, and lime juice with an immersion blender or a regular blender.
  • 2.  Add Resource® ULTRA® Strawberry, the ground flaxseeds, water, yogurt and blend again.
  • 3.  Sweeten and adjust with maple syrup to your taste.

Tips
A wide variety of red berries (fresh or frozen) can be used. 
You can also use honey or sugar instead of maple syrup.

Presentation
Pour the red berry mixture into glasses and decorate with fresh red berries, mint, and flaxseeds if desired.
