Ingredients
- 1 bottle of RESOURCE® ULTRA + (Vanilla flavor)*
- 2 pears
- 8 Speculoos biscuits
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 30 g butter
- 20 g sugar
Preparation
- 1. Blend the Speculoos biscuits and add the melted butter.
- 2. Line the bottoms of 3 empty glasses with the biscuit mixture and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- 3. Soften the gelatin in water. Heat 50 ml of RESOURCE® ULTRA + with the gelatin. Then add the remaining RESOURCE® ULTRA + and the softened cream cheese.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 5. Cut the pears into small cubes and sauté with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then add the pear mixture on top of the cheesecake in the glasses.
