Ingredients
- 100 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Vanilla
- 1 tbsp. of rapeseed oil
- 20 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. of pecan nuts
- 75 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Chocolate
- 75 g of Cailler Dark Chocolate 64%
- 2 tbsp. of double cream
- Whipped cream, cooked pears
Preparation
- 1. Mix Resource® ULTRA® Vanilla, the egg, flour, baking powder, and salt with an immersion blender or in a regular blender.
- 2. Place a small ladleful per pancake in the lightly greased hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flip and cook the other side as well.
- 3. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture.
- 4. Heat Resource® ULTRA® Chocolate and the Cailler chocolate with the double cream and stir until a smooth consistency is obtained.
- 5. Keep warm for immediate use or refrigerate for later use.
Tips
You can also use maple syrup instead of the chocolate sauce.
Presentation
Serve the pancakes with whipped cream, pears, and pecan nuts, and drizzle with chocolate sauce or serve separately.
