Ingredients

  • 100 ml of Resource® ULTRA® Hazelnut.
  • 100 g of apples
  • 3 tbsp. of mixed nuts
  • 100 g of rolled oats (or oat flakes)
  • 3 tbsp. of honey
  • 2 tbsp. of redcurrants
  • 160 g of plain soft cheese such as quark or fromage blanc
  • 100 g of plain yogurt
  • 1 dl of oat drink or milk
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 lemon, the grated zest and the juice
  • Fresh red berries, mint leaves

Preparation

  • 1.  Roughly grate the apples and roughly chop the nuts.
  • 2.  Thoroughly mix all ingredients with Resource® ULTRA Hazelnut and the oat drink.
  • 3.  Season with cinnamon, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Tips
The muesli can be prepared with various fruits and red berries.

Presentation
Serve the muesli in bowls and garnish with fresh red berries, nuts, and mint leaves if desired.
